THE COMMON BOND OF INNOVATION
Alpha Phi values each member's passion for education, knowledge, and achievement. Since our founding, innovation has been one of the cornerstones of Alpha Phi and of our leaders. Alpha Phis work hard to enact positive change. One of our first priorities is academics, because before Alpha Phi we are students. Our chapter holds each sister up to a higher academic standard. We have initiated several scholarship programs in order to help our sisters improve their grades and study habits. Many of our sisters are involved on campus in honor societies such as Mortar Board and Order of Omega.

We believe in the concept of Watchcare - a tenet of our sisterhood which encourages support of one another through the good times and the bad, whether helping one another with academics or providing much needed support during a rough time.

In Alpha Phi, all members learn to lead by example through their actions and communication. They set expectations high for themselves and each other, and strive diligently to meet them.
